We offer a number of services tailor made for business and commercial clients. At MD Build we understand the importance of standing out from the crowd, and the importance of conveying your individual brand onto the market place or high street. The services in this section are examples of jobs we have completed in the past for clients such as the National Health Service based in Dunkirk, Mad Hatters Tea Room Chester, Pursglove & Brown Accountants in Chester, Guilden Sutton Primary School, Café on the Wall Chester, and Sewells Training & Consultancy on Chester Business Park:
If you are considering having any Joinery or Carpentry work undertaken and would like to discuss your ideas, you can arrange an appointment with us. Either give us a call, send us an email, or use our quick contact service on our contact us page.
Once we have gathered your ideas together from our initial site visit, we will then proceed to quote for your works. For most Joinery & Carpentry jobs we take approximately a week from our visit to send you a quotation. All of our quotations are no obligation, and are free of charge. We send our quotes mostly via email, although we can post if you prefer. The quotation we submit will provide you with a full description of the work, including details of any materials we propose to use, as well as an approximate duration for the works. The majority of our quotations are a fixed price, and we will also provide you with a copy of our trade insurance certification.
Should you wish to proceed with us, you will need to sign and date your quotation and then send us a copy via email or post. If there are any material deposits to pay, which would be detailed in your quotation, we will send you an invoice for this initial material deposit. On larger jobs, payments may be staggered, but this will be arranged and agreed to before work takes place. We will then agree a project start date with you, or if you are having a bespoke piece made up, a date of handover.
