Overall, we have been really impressed with the professionalism and courteous way Mark has undertaken the work for us. We’ve had a lot of tradesmen in and this felt very different – an empathetic approach is the best way to describe. Mark was clearly aware of how important it is to know how long someone is going to be in your house and what they will be doing. He was also realistic about the timing of the work which is so refreshing to have that openness with the planning stage.

"We recently had a kitchen fitted by MD Build, along with some work in our hallway. It wasn't a straight forward strip out and refit job, it involved knocking down a wall and building another wall to create an open plan kitchen-diner. Mark was very efficient in getting us the necessary building regulation approval. He also stuck to the price quoted which is very important, and the only price additions were when we wanted little extra's doing, which again Mark did without hassle.

The job itself had a few issues which do tend to arise on these jobs but Mark always found a satisfactory conclusion. The joinery work on our kitchen was second to none. Would I use MD Build again? Yes I would".
