MD Build completed a new kitchen in our home recently and we are very pleased with the finished kitchen. There was also some structural work to do in addition to removing the old kitchen units. From start to finish we were impressed with the level of customer service we received from Sarah and Mark. A big project like this requires a good deal of “hand holding” which was done admirably by Sarah, and technical skill and efficiency which was provided by Mark and Natasha. We were given sound advice throughout and the timescales were clearly laid out and kept to. We would be happy to welcome MD Build back into our home should we need any future works doing.

“The work consisted of the total removal of the existing flooring, all of the wall tiles, all of the sanitary ware and the heating radiators. All items were removed with a minimum of disruption to the household. The bathroom and toilet then had new tiling to both the walls and the floors. A new bath, washbasin and shower were then installed and the heating radiators replaced. Where necessary, alterations were made to the existing plumbing to accommodate the replaced items.
All of the work was carried out to a high standard with a minimum of delay. The team worked very efficiently at all times. All of the work has been completed to my complete satisfaction. I am both very pleased and very proud of my new bathroom. I would like to thank Mark Davies of M.D. Build for a job well done.

It wasn’t a straight forward strip out and refit job, it involved knocking down a wall and building another wall to create an open plan Dining Kitchen. Mark was very efficient in getting us the necessary building regs approvals. Also he stuck to the price quoted which is very important the only price additions were when we wanted little extra’s doing, which again Mark did without hassle. The job itself had a few issues which do tend to arise on these jobs but Mark always found a satisfactory conclusion. The joinery work on our kitchen was second to none. Would I use MD Build again? Yes I would.”
