Extensions, Conversions & Refurbishment works

Let us take complete control, from the planning stage right through to completion.  We can recommend architects and engineers to help with your planning application, and provide you with a full written quotation on the building works so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Bathrooms

Picking the right bathroom can be a very daunting experience, this is why MD Build like to get involved from the very start.  We offer design advice, as well as discussing the practicalities of your bathroom ideas.  We can supply and fit, or fit only.  Please contact us if you are thinking about renovating your bathroom. Tiling

As well as offering our tiling services to your next kitchen or bathroom installation, we also offer an individual tiling service. Listed below are some of the tiling services we offer, please ring for further advice:

We can supply and fit, or fit only all types and sizes of tiles including ceramics, porcelain, glass, mosaic, and all natural tiles. All our tiling works comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Property Maintenance

Our property maintenance service means that homeowners can rely on us to sort out any household repairs that may come up, no matter how small.  We charge a competitive hourly rate, with no call out charge and all prices are agreed before any work starts.

Since commencing business, MD Build has also built relationships with a number of Landlords.  By identifying and fixing problems as they occur, we have built a reputation for being reliable, trustworthy and an asset to any property business.  We can also provide advice and long term maintenance strategies.
